How do I open an account with OCD?

Visit the registration page linked at the top right corner of the website to register. Your information will be reviewed and you will receive a confirmation email once approved.


Since we are a wholesale business, we sell to TRADE ONLY. New customers will be asked to provide information about your company and the nature of your business including:

     * Name of Store
     * Contact Person
     * PST No./Tax ID

How can I located a Sales Rep for my area?

Canadian retailers please contact us to locate the Sales Rep for your area.

How can I check pricing?

To see prices, you must first register on the website.

How can I check inventory?

Click on the item you are interested in and look for the field called “Qty Available.”

If the items is out of stock please refer to the "Notes" field that will advise when the item will be available for delivery again.

Is there a minimum for ordering?

Minimums for initial orders and re-orders are $150.
